Independent Agreement Employers who do not submit contributions to the Industry Advancement Program are required to submit an additional three and one-half ($0.035) cents per man hour paid for to the Operating Engineers Local 66 Joint Apprentice Fund.

*The Defense/Social/Building Trades Fund, the Apprenticeship/PAC Fund, the Building Fund and the Scholarship Fund shall be combined for an Employee contribution rate of sixty-two cents ($0.62) per hour paid for starting 7-28-12, sixty-seven cents ($0.67) per hour paid for starting 7-1-2013 and sixty-nine cents ($0.69) per hour paid for starting 7-1-2014 to the Miscellaneous Employee Deduction Account.
