Two $600.00 Scholarships to eligible applicants

You have to have an address in Indiana or Armstrong County to qualify. 

Applicant must be a member in good standing with a union affiliate, spouse, child, dependent, grandchild of member. 

Planning to use the scholarship to support their education.

The GWCLC is offering a $1,000 scholarship for a graduating high school senior entering college or trade school immediately following graduation.  

You must write a 500 word essay to their question. 

Son, daughter, stepchild, or legally adopted child of an active or retired affiliate member of the GWCLC.  Members must be in good standing with their respective union.

Mercer County CLC is offering one $1,000 scholarship to a High School Senior planning to extend his or her education at a college, university or accredited secondary school.   

Applicant must be the child or stepchild of a union member in good standing from one of the Mercer County, PA CLC participating Unions.

The NWPA ALF is giving away four (4) $500 scholarships for the 2026 school year.  

To be eligible to win, you will need: 

To be a member, dependent, or grandchild of an affiliated local union of the NWPA ALF and to be enrolled in an accredited degree-granting program at a system of high education for the 2025 school year.

The PA AFL CIO is offering scholarships for a graduating high school senior (2026) or students attending an Accredited, Post-Secondary instituion immediately following graduation.  

You must write a 1500 minimum word essay to their question in your catergory. 

Scholarships are available exclusively to PA AFL-CIO affiliated union members and their immediate family members.  You must be in good standing with their respective union.
